Religious Leaders Sign Peace Accord in Abuja

ABUJA — More than 50 Muslim and Christian leaders have signed a peace accord in Abuja aimed at promoting religious harmony and discouraging extremism and hate speech.

The initiative brought together prominent faith leaders as part of efforts to strengthen peaceful coexistence across Nigeria.

Participants described the agreement as an important step towards greater cooperation between religious communities.
